Yes, there is considerable effort. The mailing list is
epatents at lists.hellug.gr, or
http://lists.hellug.gr/mailman/listinfo/epatents. I believe we already
have a MEP candidate list and some translated questionnaire and other
texts, and we are (almost) ready to start faxing and phoning. I'm not
sure when we're starting.
