Plotting program (will be:GNUPlot)

Το θέμα δε με απασχολεί άμεσα, τουλάχιστον για την ώρα.. όμως είναι
πάντα μια ενδιαφέρουσα σκέψη. 
Μπορώ να ρωτήσω αν το GNUPlot είναι εμπορικό ή όχι και πού μπορώ να το
βρω (και στις δύο περιπτώσεις);
