Μήπως αν άλλαζες την επικεφαλίδα του αρχείου σε:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Τότε θα μπορούσε λογικά να δεχτεί όλους τους χαρακτήρες. Δεν είναι δουλειά να 
μετατρέψεις όλους τους χαρακτήρες σε &#xyz; μορφή... Τι θα γίνει αν χρειαστεί 
να κάνεις μια αλλαγή στο μέλλον; Δεν θα βγαίνει άκρη.
