[I18NGR] Πρόβλημα με το αρχείο /home/kde/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kdoctools/docbook/xsl/common/el.xml

Έχω ένα πρόβλημα με το αρχείο
/home/kde/trunk/KDE/kdelibs/kdoctools/docbook/xsl/common/el.xml

Το αρχείο αυτό περιέχει μεταφράσεις λέξεων κλειδιών για την τεκμηρίωση.
Κατα την μετατροπή του konqi-plugins.po σε docbook ειχα το μήνυμα :

po2xml documentation/extragear-base/konq-plugins/index.docbook
el/docmessages/extragear-base/konq-plugins.po

Ζήτησα βοήθεια στην λίστα αλληλογραφίας του kde-doc και το αρχείο αυτό
στο συστημά μου βρισκεται στο:
/usr/share/apps/ksgmltools2/docbook/xsl/common/el.xml

Εκεί, τροποποίησα το αρχείο και δεν εχω πια σγάλματα.

Όταν όμως προσπάθησα να στείλω το αρχείο, βρίσκει λάθη και δεν το στέλνει.
Το πρόβλημα φαίνεται να είναι ότι δεν δέχεται ελληνικούς χαρακτήρες
διότι στην επικεφαλίδα του αρχείου αναφέρει:

<l:l10n xmlns:l="http://docbook.sourceforge.net/xmlns/l10n/1.0"
language="el" english-language-name="Greek">

From what I have seen in el.xml there are only ASCII characters, all non-ASCII
characters are replaced by &#xyz; where xyz are digits. You are using Greek
characters.

In the beginning this bothered me too, but upstream, in sourceforge,
apparently nobody is maintaining this file, so I made the changes myself,
encouraged by somebody from Germany, who made the same changes.

That you have to report the problem to the maintainers of that specific,
gentext?, docbook?, project. I tried, but got no answer.

I found http://unicodelookup.com/ where you can find the octal decimal and
hexadecimal representation of characters. You can enter 10 characters at most
in one conversion request.
