[Rule] Is it possible to run Qt programs

I wonder if under this distro Qt is supported and to what extend, I am  
thinking about having Skype and Opera both are commercial programs based  
on Qt, and have Qt as shared or as static linking.

So my questions are:
- Is Qt installed by default or is only GTK (1 or 2)?
