[RULE] Athens server status report 1

Hello All

On Saturday, Sept 10th, I met with a few of the local lug members here and passed on our reqirements and queries. The only other bit of solid information I have now is that they run Debian testing on the server which is updated daily.

As soon as I have more I'll let this list know.
