SCSI is a general problem - at least ist was with Slinky 0.3x - may be 
this has changed wioth the new version. A solution to this general 
problem exists and ist documented in the vum:BOX Handbook. See the rule 
webpage or the archive of this mailinglist for references.
This documentation refers to PCI SCSI Adapters - so it may not be 
helpfull for you.
