[RULE] Booting from CD when not supported by BIOS

We use Smartboot Manager extensively at a project I'm involved in rehabing 
old machines and distributing them to low income folks (using Linux) and it 
works great.  The only time it won't work is on some older laptops.  I've 
used it with all of the major Linux distributions as well as Windows.  Once 
the kernel is loaded Linux finds the CD fine.
