Θέμα: συγχρονισμός φακέλων

Αν και δεν είμαι ειδικος, μήπως σε καλύπτει η παρακάτω εντολή;
cp -Ru SOURCE DIRECTORY DESTINATION

από το man cp:
 -R, -r, --recursive
              copy directories recursively

 -u, --update
              copy only when the SOURCE file is  newer  than  the  destination
              file or when the destination file is missing
