Boot off the CD and wait for the system to mount the
system image at
/mnt/sysimage.  Once that's done and you're at the
shell prompt:


	chroot /mnt/sysimage
	grub-install /dev/hda* 
	exit
	reboot


Pop the CD out and grub should come up on the reboot. 

* hda can be hdb or hdc or hdd (depends on your
installation) consider hda to be C on windows
