Sorry, the answer is no.
Since clonezilla now uses pipe and shell to find the files in the image 
directory when it starts clone. It won't wait for you to change the CD/DVD.
For the time being, maybe you can try to save the image in your samba server,
ssh server or nfs server. Save the image to a local USB disk is also possible.
