Για γραφικά τσέκαρε το SDL (portability και σε win) και το SGI
(oss.sgi.com) αν και μου φαίνεται οτι δεν είναι αυτό που θές. Για απλά
πραγματάκια  παραθυροειδή κτλ (έως κάφρικες οπτικές απεικονίσεις με
κώδικα των 2 λεπτών) υπάρχουν πολλές λύσεις τσέκαρε στο google για να
βρείς εκείνο πιο κοντά στις ανάγκες σου. Προσωπικά έχω χρησιμοποιήσει
μονάχα το wxwidgets για linux ( http://www.wxwidgets.org/ ).
