mysql bind-address

Θέλω η mysql μου να ακούει στο localhost και στο υποδίκτυο
147.102.160.0/24. Στην εποχή του woody είχα τα σχετικά στο
/etc/hosts.allow & deny. Το sarge προτείνει και την bind-address, που
σύμφωνα με το documentation της MySQL, είναι: "The
IP address to bind to."

Ξέρει κάποιος να μου εξηγήσει λίγο πιο αναλυτικά; Γιατί ούτε στο
δίκτυο βρίσκω. Τι θα πει "The IP address to bind to";
