kdevelop+Debian

Σε debian 3.0 έχω το παρακάτω πρόβλημα:

debian:~# apt-get install kdevelop
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against

Το kde το κατεβάζω από το:
deb http://people.debian.org/~schoepf/kde3/woody ./

Τι μπορώ να κάνω για να κατεβάσω το kdevelop.

Άλλη ερώτηση:
Έχετε να προτείνετε κάποιο άλλο περιβάλλον ανάπτυξης εφαρμογών για C;
