Από το COPYING κάθε gnu προγράμματος:

Αρα ο source κώδικας πρέπει να είναι μεσα και σε κάθε evaluation έκδοση.

(το "or can get" είναι λίγο tricky αλλά το επεξηγεί παρακάτω... Και εννοεί να
μπορεί να αποκτήσει(τον πηγαίο κώδικα) χωρίς χρέωση απο αυτόν που διανέμει τα
εκτελέσιμα)
