- Fixed the incompatibility between icecast and yp.shoutcast.com with a
  new url_encode()
- Added yp.breakfree.com to default directory server listing
- Updated uptime and source time output fields
- Fixed the problem with the admin console where the console admin could
  be kicked - also made it check for extra arguments
- Fixed a really hard to find relaying bug that made a relay not get the
  header info from a server
- Fixed a problem when a secondary source would connect and overwrite
the
  directory information of the server that was received from the first
  source.  New behavior is to only accept new directory header
information
  if there are no sources connected.
