authentication

Έχει κάποιος υπ'όψη του κάποιον ελληνικό όρο για το authentication- 
authenticator;
Η αυθεντικοποίηση δεν μου πηγαίνει και δεν νομίζω να έχει το ίδιο
νόημα με την αγγλική έκφραση. Πρόκειται για την gnulibc2 και την έννοια
του authentication στο sunrpc/clnt_perr.c.
(πχ. "RPC: Authentication error")
