... Logitech Supports Linux Game Controller Drivers
Logitech has announced the availability of Linux drivers for all its
digital game port products. These drivers are the first that have been
written specifically for Logitech WingMan gaming devices in cooperation
with Logitech engineering and that are based upon Logitech hardware
specifications.
In keeping with the spirit of Linux, the source code and documentation
for the drivers is available free from the author's website. This source
code can be used as a base for independent developers of drivers for
other operating systems.
The devices which are supported by this driver include: Logitech WingMan
Extreme Digital, Logitech WingMan Interceptor, Logitech WingMan Warrior,
Logitech CyberMan 2 six-degrees of freedom controller, Logitech WingMan
Formula racing wheel with pedals, Logitech WingMan Gamepad and Logitech
Thunderpad Digital gamepad.
