Hi,

thanks for the quick reply. You should be aware that LBW is
traditionally a self-funded event, that is everyone pays for his/her own
expences plus chips in a small amount in the range of 50 Euros to cover
common expences like the venue. However. ee are exploring the possibility 
of having sponsors for the first time but that may require some kind of
formal presentation from the part of the guests that will get their
expences covered.

So, provided we get some sponsorship, we'll be glad to cover the
expences of 1-2 assurers but that may not be the case and I think you
should try to convice them to join us on their own. I assure you (!)
that they'll have a great time in Crete
