[Fun] "Open Source Project", a definition by Microsoft

Το ίδιο το GPL FAQ λέει το αντίθετο:

These requirements are the condition for including the GPL-covered
code you received in a program of your own. "

Ορίστε; Πώς είναι δυνατόν να "μπορείς να τον πουλάς" τον κώδικα, όπως
αναφέρεις, και ταυτόχρονα να *μην* "μπορείς να τον διανείμεις με
εμπορικό τρόπο";

Ο "εμπορικός τρόπος" διανομής δεν είναι ασύμβατος με τον
"ανοιχτό/ελεύθερο", όσο κι αν θέλει η M$ να φανεί το αντίθετο, αλλιώς
δεν θα υπήρχαν εταιρείες σαν τη RedHat με προϊόντα σαν το RHEL.
Πιθανότατα συγχέεις τον όρο commercial (εμπορικός) με τον proprietary
(ιδιωτικός, αποκλειστικής εκμετάλλευσης).
