Περισσότερες διορθώσεις στο printing chapter

Προχώρησα τις διορθώσεις στο printing, ολοκληρώνοντας όλο το 9.4

Στην πορεία βρήκα και αυτά:

Είμαι αρκετά σίγουρος ότι ο ποιητής εδώ εννοεί "Restricting Jobs from 
Remote Hosts". Υπάρχουν μάλιστα τουλάχιστον δύο <link> αναφορές σε αυτή 
την ενότητα.

Ένα άλλο σημείο (γραμμή 2659):

  host</emphasis> information or an accounting file, so it has no
          idea whom to charge for printer use.  It is also not enough to 
just

          <quote>add one page</quote> to the text filter or any of the

          conversion filters (which do have user and host information) since
          users can suppress header pages with <command>lpr -h</command>.

Θα πρέπει μάλλον να γίνει:

  host</emphasis> information or an accounting file, so it has no

          <quote>increase the page count by one</quote> by modifying the 
text filter or any of the

          conversion filters (which do have user and host information) since
          users can suppress header pages with <command>lpr -h</command>.

...έκανα κάποια  ώρα να καταλάβω τι εννοεί ;)

Τα έχω αλλάξει στη μετάφραση, αν φαίνονται εντάξει να φτιάξω κάποιο 
patch για το Αγγλικό κείμενο.
