Hello Sulayman,

I can assure you that mr. Panos Kranidiotis (kranidiotis at vatica dot  
org) who is the vice president of the panhellenic Linux group HELLUG,  
has a pretty good picture of Use of Open Source in Greek Public  
Sector. It would be wise to contact with him. I think that now he is  
on vacations out of Greece, but when he returns you could co-operate  
for your material.

Also the professor of NTUA Theodoros Karounos  
(http://www.karounos.gr/blog/) has a blog (in greek) with this subject  
(Open Source in Greek Public Sector). You could also contact with him.  
I consider him as a guru on the subject.
