[Rule] Is this list still alive?

Hello to those of you who are watching.

I have not yet done anything about the spam or otherwise maintenance  
of the rule-list. I have to claim responsibility insofar as the list  
has been hosted here in Greece in the server farm of our lug, called  
Hellug. Marco, let me be fair to his efforts as project leader, has  
asked me to arrange that the list subscription be frozen, spammers  
removed and otherwise the rule-project site be archived, yet  
accessible to anyone interested.

What some of you have seen now, however, was my own doing. I picked  
certain long standing e-mail contacts that I have come to know over  
the years the project was active and mailed to each individually my  
odt file describing briefly my activities.

In light of the nature of your reactions do you all think there is  
justification in reactivating the project, albeit in whatever  
direction, now, seems interesting?
