[RULE] Athens server timing & logistics

Hello Richard,

Besides knowing the Debian version, knowing the version of the Apache 
webserver and MySQL or PostgreSQL will help. However, if they are 
running Debian and keeping it up to date, then the only thing that would 
possibly be an issue is whether they are running the 1.3x branch of 
Apache or the 2.0x branch. Or something else besides Apache, I suppose!
