[RULE] Testing Server

Hello all,

Well, I have not yet managed to set up a testing server here in Paris, 
and tomorrow I leave town for a week. I apologize for the delay. The 
good news is that the writing project that has taken all my time is 
almost finished, so things should proceed at a better pace after I return.
