[RULE] Thanks for reporting RULE website problems

Greetings, everybody.

In the last days some of you ignalled that the RULE website is down. I
wanted to let you know that I have managed to contact Rodolfo, the
system administrator of the server, and we are investigating together
what happened.

The download area, however, is still intact at
http://www.rule-project.org/download/, so if you need something soon
you can search for it manually there.

Thanks again for reporting the problem. Hope to see you soon on the
RULE mailing list.
