[RULE] slinky fails using up2date RedHat 9 CD-ROMs

Slinky is designed to install the "official" Red Hat release, it will 
fail if you attempt to install from updated media. (Unless you update 
all of the package lists, see the README file.)

kernel-2.4.20-8 is the version of the kernel shipped with Red Hat 9.

Until the end of installation, when the "real" versions of the above 
should be available. Since any updated packages included on your media 
wouldn't have installed, the binaries don't exist...
