[RULE] Fedora FC2 install with slinky version 0.4.01

Hi,

news about installing Fedora FC2 with slinky.

I switched version to 0.4.01.

Installing Fedora FC2 can now be performed with busybox rpm.
rpm-4.3.1 is installed with this mini-rpm and then performs the main
installation.  Thou this is not without errors, it seems to work.
This frees up much space of disk2 because rpm.gz is no longer needed.

Only tested floppy/cdrom installation.
Dropped version 0.3.98 due to disk quota.
