[RULE] Filemanager and news from Slinky in Kinshasa

Hi all,
just wanted to report that the RULE-recommended filemanager emelfm  
(horrible name) will be used from now on instead of mc o our vum:BOXs and  
LyC. I found the link on the homepage a few weeks ago, due to a request  
 from my collegues in Kin for a better filemanager. It's great and it  
fullfills all of our needs - thanks to the ones who packaged and  
documented it.

Also in Kinshasa we will build the follower of vum:BOX the so called  
"Liboke ya Congo" again based on Redhat 9 and Slinky 0.3.97. It will be an  
update to the vum:BOX in the means of more up-to-date applications  
(Abiword 2 f.e.) and that it will include support for the ln_CD locale  
(Lingala).
