David, and everybody else

w.r.t points 2 and 3 above, may I suggest to also write, if you can,
the step-by-step procedure to create that and the other img files from
scratch? IIRC, even the instruction for the ISO and the INSTALL guide
do not cover this, just explain how to proceed from after you have
somehow got those files.

Ditto for building busybox, if needed.

PS: when I say "write" above I mean either "post it here" so I can
publish it online, or step up to ask for an editor account and add it
yourself, just like Richard Kweskin recently did for the "build
kernel" page.
