[RULE] P1-120, 16MB RAM, 1GB HD?

People,

A friend has this computer that currently has a clean install of Win95  
on it.  I have tried running the Win version of VNC on it to a  
VNCserver on a P4-866 running RH9 but it is deadly slow and unusable -  
is installing a RULE dist on this PC and using it as an X terminal an  
option?
