[RULE] (almost) Offline for some weeks

Hello,

just two lines to let you know why I've been doing nothing RULE in the
last weeks:

I'll move to a new apartment next month, meaning that on top of the
usual 8/10 hours of office work I have already started to run all
around town for plumbers, movers, furniture shops, and so on.
This is expected to last one more month more or less, so don't expect
anything new from me in the short term. I'll still read the list and
answer when possible, of course.

I hope to be able to go back on RULE when I've moved.
