Hello, everybody
as previously mentioned, I will try from now on to keep you updated at
least once a month about everything RULE happening outside this
mailing list. This time, to make it available also to site visitors,
I've put it online at

You'll find, I hope, some interesting news in it. Any feedback here on
the list is WELCOME, er, requested, actually. Please do send ONE NEW
message per issue, however, to keep discussions easier to follow. In
other words, do not reply to this one except for very general
comments, and *compose* a new message for each topic. Thanks for your
patience.
There is also a new addition to the software map, check the home page
for it.
