Excellent. Thanks for the install reports.

My only comment would be on the machine "runaway". The install was done
using slinky-0.3.6. The pcmcia scripts have since been fixed. From the
changelog:
slinky-v0.3.7   - April 14, 2003
                - Fixes to pcmcia scripts. They should work now.

The problem wasn't with exports not working, but the fact that I exported
the incorrect variable. ;)

CARDMGR_OPTS="-f -m ${pcmcia_dir}/modules"

Is now:

CARDMGR_OPTS="-f -m ${module_dir}"

It does work properly now. If anyone finds that isn't the case, please be
sure to let me know.

Early slinky versions did in fact use the busybox lash shell. Currently,
the installer's shell is the busy box version of ash, and has been since
slinky-v0.2.3. While not as full featured as bash, it does have a pretty
good subset of available builtins.

Thanks again for the reports. I do appreciate all the feedback. If slinky
is to improve, it will only happen because people took the time to test
and report the results.
