[RULE] New HD partitioning section in the install guide

I have added the explanations of C.D. Rigby, as a new paragraph, to
the RULE install guide,

Thanks to David for the contribution. Of course, any other
contribution, however small, to the guide is always extremely welcome,
even if it's just the title of some missing section that you think
should be added.
