Hello All

What are the procedures (depending on the senario) having done a minimal 
install in order for console and kdrive apps to be appropriate?

Senarios:

1) Someone using a language other than English whose alphabet is a subset of 
English.
2) Someone using a language other than English whose alphabet is different 
from English.
3) Someone using English and other languages whose alphabets are a subset of 
English.
4) Someone using English and other languages whose alphabets are different 
from English.
