[RULE] Resource -light apps

Further on light weight apps:

I've just begun using a very light download manager, Prozilla, at:
http://prozilla.genesys.ro/?p=download

There is also a light gui version but I think I prefer the console app
for those large, hard to download files like OOo or Mozilla:
$ proz
http://prozilla.genesys.ro/downloads/prozilla/mandrake/prozilla-1.3.6-1mdk.i586.rpm

It is all about speed and handling bad connnections. Will do resumes,
etc.
