Hi,

How about a skinny penguin with a Dr. Seuss Crown?

I don't know if that meaning of rule translates any better than the ruler 
meaning. In general simpler is better.

I am opposed to anything anti-microsoft. It will be a big help for rule 
to play well with existing microsoft setups.
