Data retention @ EU

Και η απορία μου. Είναι υποχρεωσή της χώρας να εναρμονιστεί με την
οδηγία και να την ενσωματώσει στο δίκαιό της. Είναι υποχρέωση της
επίσης να την αφαιρέσει; Η μπορεί να ποιήσει την νήσσαν;
