Επιστροφές χρημάτων για Windows 7

Διάβασα πριν λίγο το παρακάτω:

Για όσους ενδιαφέρονται να μη δεχτούν την άδεια χρήσης των Windows ενός
υπολογιστή που αγόρασαν και να ζητήσουν επιστροφή χρημάτων, φαίνεται ότι
με τη νέα έκδοση τα πράγματα δυσκολεύουν...
