δεν νομίζω ότι υπονοεί κάτι τέτοιο. Δύο αναφορές έχει όλες κι ολλες
στο freeware:

Και μην ξεχνάς ότι ο ανθρωπος αυτός είναι δικηγόρος και κοιτά τα
πράγματα από την νομική πλευρά (το οποίο όταν κοιτας licenses δεν
είναι καθόλου κακό βέβαια).

 Δεύτερον, το OSI Open Source

Σχετικά με το αν υπάρχει μικρή διαφορά πρόσεξα ότι ο Mark Webbink

ΑΣΧΕΤΟ: Σε *γενικές γραμμές* μπορείς να εμπιστευεσε όσα διαβάζεις στα
άρθρα του Groklaw. Η pamela jones δεν γράφει ούτε κάνει copy paste
χωρίς να σκεφτετε τις λεπτομέρειες (κουσούρι από το paralegal past
μάλλον :-) ) και αν κάνει λάθος έχει άπειρους αναγνώστες που θα της το
πουν και θα το διορθώσει
