mDNS ?

Πρόσεξα ότι τρέχει στο σύστημά μου ένα mdnsd, όπως φαίνεται παρακάτω.
Χρειάζεται να τρέχει;  Τό ότι το έχει φτιάξει η Apple δεν με ενθουσιάζει
ιδιαιτέρως.
