How can I install the patches from YOU to another Suse system?

 I have to 2 systems with Suse 10 running. One at my office and the other at
home. I updated via YOU my office workstation (250MB, via DSL connection)
and I checked the option to "Keep downloaded packages after installation".
 I burned them with K3b on a CDRW and transfered home in order to install
them with the Patch CD utility of YAST.
 Nothing!
