A method for exchanging email that can't be exploited by Spamers

Introduction

During the first years of the 90's I discovered the internet. I was
immediately impressed. And I was right to be so. I still remember my
self talking to people that didn't know much about it for the years to
come telling them "if not for anything else you should get access to
the internet just for the ability to exchange emails". How things have
changed! I now find myself still loving the idea of what the email was
but not what it has become. I do use email even today (who doesn't).
But Spam is making the experience look more and more like repetitive
strain syndrome. Just a tiny bit of strain each time you hit "send and
receive" but collectively enough to keep you unhappy. For many other
people less trained about the dark side of the internet it's even more
painful (think of phishing victims). In addition when the time to pay
my internet connection comes I can't escape thinking about the last
statistics indicating that 80 to 88 percent of all email traffic is
spam. But what really depresses me is that people are getting tired of
this mess, they begin to blame technology and the internet as a
general. At the same time some others start seriously talking about
harsh legislation and charging the transmition of emails!!!

Αν υπάρχουν ένας-δυο που η εισαγωγή τους κέντρισε την περιέργεια
ευχαρίστως να τους προωθήσω την συνέχεια.

Με απλά λόγια πιστεύω πως έχω μια αξιόλογη πρόταση  για μια μέθοδο
ανταλλαγής emails η οποία είναι εξαιρετικά ανθεκτική έναντι της
αποστολής spam. Ξέρω ότι η χρήση ενός εναλλακτικού πρωτοκόλλου
emailing ακούγετε σε πολλούς ηλίθια ιδέα (πόσο μάλλον από έναν τύπο
χωρίς καμία προηγούμενη παρουσία στο χώρο). Το παρόν αφορά τους
υπόλοιπους που ταυτόχρονα δεν νοιάζονται αν χάσουν και 10 λεπτά
διαβάζοντας μια πρόταση που μπορεί κάλλιστα να είναι μπαρούφα.
Την γενική ιδέα την είχα σχηματίσει πριν ένα χρόνο αλλά πρόσφατα
βαρέθηκα να ακούω από σοβαρούς ανθρώπους εντελώς ηλίθιες ιδέες για την
καταπολέμηση του spam (π.χ. να χρεώνουν την αποστολή email ή να
δημιουργήσουν ένα ιδιωτικό Internet και άλλα τέτοια φαιδρά) και
αποφάσισα ότι αφού αυτοί δεν ντρέπονται να γράψουν τέτοιες κοτσάνες σε
well known sites μπορώ κι εγώ να γράψω την δική μου στην LGU (τώρα που
το σκέφτομε το παρών δεν αφορά στην ελληνική λίστα χρηστών linux
οπότε... είναι spam... ωραίο ξεκίνημα!).
