latex + beamer + ελληνικά

Η ταλαιπώρια με το latex συνεχίζεται... Το προηγούμενο πρόβλημα (βλ.
latex+pdf με enabled commenting) λύθηκε χρησιμοποιώντας τον Acrobat φίλου.

Λοιπόν, θέλω να κάνω μια παρουσίαση σε latex, χρησιμοποιώντας την κλάση
beamer (αυτή μου άρεσε από όλες περισσότερο).

Αλλά στο παραγόμενο pdf, το document structure δεν έχει ελληνικά.
Οπουδήποτε αλλού βλέπω ελληνικά.

Κατά το compile μου πετά

Προφανώς έχει και πάλι πρόβλημα με ελληνικά. Πώς λύνεται;

Χρησιμοποιώ utf-8 αρχεία και τα παρακάτω:
\usepackage{ucs}
\usepackage[utf8x]{inputenc}
\usepackage[english,greek]{babel}
