how to add footer on end of emails !!!

hello,
can somebody please tell me how i can add at the end of emails sent by a
specific domain a standar message like:

Thank you for using Yourmail.gr
for your email services...

i found the guide for modifying message bodies, but i didnt understood what
exactly to do...

an example or tutorial please???
