External USB HDD casings

Από ότι βρήκα ψάχνοντας για το πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίζω διαπίστωσα ότι
είχατε το ίδιο πρόβλημα εδώ και καιρό. 

Πως το αντιμετωπίσατε;

ΠΡΟΒΛΗΜΑ

I have the CHRONOS External Case Model No: HD-338-U2 with an 80 GB HD that
was functioning very well since I upgraded my Windows XP with the SP2.

My PC could see the External Case and the HD. I downloaded your drivers
(Chronos USB2.0 Series Drivers Download) from your site but in vain.

Please for your advice how to approach this problem.
