Μπα! Είμαι τελείως μπερδεμένος. Έβαλα την εξής γραμμή στο .muttrc

set send_charset="iso-8859-7"

Αυτό σημαίνει ότι τα μηνύματα στέλνονται με το iso-8859-7 encoding. Όχι;
