The obvious antithesis is the habitual, voluntary and conscious use of
the more elaborate, powerful, flexible and unlimited strength of more
esoteric UNIX commands, i.e.

    $ find /var/maildir/$USER -print0 | xargs -0 grep "PATTERN"
