Ως root γράψε :
[prompt]> init 5

Εναλλακτικά ως οποισδήποτε χρήστης δώσε :
[prompt]> startx

Υπάρχει και τρόπος να αυτοματοποιείς την όλη διαδικασία (χωρίς να 
χρειάζεται να γράφεις τα παραπάνω κάθε φορά) αλλά δεν γνωρίζω 
λεπτομέρειες ...
